Q: Has anyone else had problems with itching/hives during early pregnancy?

Yesterday I was 4 wk 4 days and out of nowhere started itching- all over like crazy! Including INSIDE my ears! I started getting hives on my sides and back. Ugh. I didn't eat anything new or different, didnt try any new products or go anywhere new. It came on suddenly and strong. Has anyone else had this happen?? If so, do you know the cause? I called the on call number and my doctor told me to take benedryl and today I'm feeling fine. Can it be just changes in hormones?

My last pregnancy I had CRAZY itching that was isolated to the palms of my hands and my feet. It drove me MAD! I do not know what caused it but it was terribly annoying! It ended when I got to about 12 weeks but up until then it was maddening!

i had to answer cos i had this and still do, im 14 week pregnant and since 4 week preg(maybe even 3 week) ive had rashes lumps, heat rashes, itchy rashes, white hive/bumpy rashes, my skins just crazy at the mo xx
