Q: Uterus size and showing early?

I had a baby a little over two years ago. While I was getting fitted for mirena my doctor told me that my uterus was 2 cm smaller than the average size for the bc. Could that have an effect on me showing earlier or quite possibly harm the size in the baby? Or would I be experiencing more pain as my uterus is small?

If you had a baby before I don't see why this baby should be harmed. Also women always show a little sooner in subsequent pregnancies.
