I had some cramping also on my right side for a long time when I first found out I was pregnant. I'm 15 weeks now and everything is fine. Hope that makes you feel better. :)

I had a sharp stabbing pain on my right side at 6w. They did an ultrasound and said everything was fine (I'm 20w now, and everything is going great!). They couldn't explain what the pain was from, they just chalked it up to possible muscle spasms. Best of luck :)
