I tawt my lungs we're gonna end up in the toilet. I'm struggling to find anything that works. I'm sleeping so much that I'm hardly spending any time with my toddler! I feel so guilty..:(

I read on here to smell peppermint. I went out and got some winter green lifesavers and those where my nausea savior. I also pretty much eat grilled cheese, crackers, chicken and cheese. I attempted a chicken spinach salad a couple days ago and that was bad news. Hope this helps.

I was the same at 8 weeks- so bloated that my stomach hurt from being "stretched" so much. Honestly, I never found anything that stopped the bloating, but eating and drinking at separate times seemed to help a bit .
I hear you about the vomiting; I have only done it twice but from week 6 to week 10 I had the constant urge to do it...but nothing happens...sometimes I wish I would I bet I would feel better.

I'm having the same symptoms. Would love to hear what others are doing. My morning sickness just kicked in yesterday morning, along with all the empty belching, so I'm still trying to figure this out, but I've been eating cinnamon red hots -- somehow it seems to help (helped with my last pregnancy, too). One of my midwife friends just told me that I'm not crazy to do that -- she says the hotness/cinnamon actually does reduce the overproduction of saliva that happens in pregnancy due to estrogen increases. I don't know if it's true or not, but it's about the only thing that keeps my mouth shut and my food down. LOL. Other ideas? I can't do bland food while nauseous, so that toast and cracker advice is lost on me.
