Q: Swelling of feet and ankles a few days Postpartum.

My right leg/foot is swollen and it has been 4 days since i gave birth to my daughter, it was a vaginal delivery and had epidural.

Anybody else went through this?

I'm not trying to freak you out, and it's probably nothing but I think I would call your doc just in case...if there are any "hot spots" on you leg especially as that could indicate a blood clot. On the other hand, you may have just a little misplace water, who knows, childbirth is a whole body experience!! I still have trouble w/ my tailbone 3 years after giving birth to my daughter! Never hurts to check!
