Q: pregnancy with Depo provera?

Hi I started Depo provera a week after I gave birth to my son and recently been advised by my doctor to take a test mothly just incase due to my record of getting pregnant on birth control. have any of you been told to do this? and have any of you gotten pregnant while on it?

I have three friends that got pregnant on the depo. I had four chemical pregnancies while being on it. So I would suggest to be on safe side, do test. There is no harm in doing so and its better safe then sorry.
