Q: Sleep?

I can't sleep...any advice? I toss & turn 10pm until 4am, my good sleep is 4am until I wake. What a waste of a day...I am lethargic too

My doctor gave me a list of medication I can take during pregnancy. On that list is Doxylamine (Unisom) some people say Tylenol PM, Sometimes I take 2 Benadryl. Good luck i know how you feel.

I would contact your doctor. He/she can recommend some safe sleep aids. Some ladies on here should have some good suggestions too. Hope that changes for you soon.
