Q: Braxton hicks!?!

I have been having some pressure/ ackyness feeling, for 3 days now, it comes and goes, I get them 4 or 5 time a day, but today i have alot of cm with it! I'm only 21 weeks, has anyone else felt this! or had this happen! is it normal to have lot of cm with it!

ive had bh contractions since 18 weeks. usually its like a hardening of my stomach for about 10 seconds. my midwife says its completely normal to be having them. as far as the cm ive had a lot my entire pregnancy so i didnt notice an increase. im 23 weeks along. id imagine its normal but as your doc for sure if you are worried.
