Wow, I'm glad I looked at this. I have been feeling the same way. One second something sounds awesome to eat and as soon as it hits my taste buds it ends up in the trash. I find that I'm enjoying sour foods lately. Lemonade, sweet tarts, vinegar dressings on things, apple juice, any kind of fruit really. I also take ginger pills when I start feeling like vomiting.

Well... I will warn you about listening to your cravings.... sometimes cravings can make you sick, too... Which totally sucks!

Stick to the carbs and make sure you eat every two-three hours to make sure you always have something in your stomach, that should help your nausea...

It should pass, so good luck! I'm 13 weeks and when I'm hungry, sometimes food still doesn't sound good, but it doesn't make me sick if I eat it.

At about 6-7 weeks is when I felt the same way. I understand how you feel. I was worried that I would feel like that throughout the whole pregnancy, but it will go away eventually. I felt so weird too. I would just munch on whatever did seem appetizing to me that day and it changed everyday sometimes each hour. Popcicles seemed to help my nausea, but it would come back as soon as I was done eating it, so that wasn't the greatest thing, but it sure helped me out when I needed to get something done. So, eat whatever you can and don't feel bad if you can't fnish it, or don't want it the next day. I wasted a lot of food, but my dh helped finishe all the new stuff he bought for me. Hang in there.

I'm 8 weeks and 2 days and I am in the same boat. Listen to your cravings, even if it is ice cream. You have to get some calories in your body. Do you have the disintegrating tablets for your zofran? That's what I use, and it works much better than the pills you have to swallow. Saltine crackers and milk are a good combo, and I've also heard recently that something salty, like potato chips and lemonade are a good combination as well. Hope it helps!
