Q: dull pain in side

i have had a dull pain in my right side for about an hour or so. i'm 33w7d pregnant with dd #1. is this something i should be concerned about or just wait it out?

From what my docs have told me, you should at least call them if you are unsure about any pains. They can better assess the pains and situation and tell you what to do.
