otter pops, or fruity popsicles, not the super sweet, lime, orange or lemon work best Doc had me try all sorts of anti nausea meds and side effects were either worse or they didnt work. Mints or candy in my mouth made me worse so my sons otter pops ended up being a life saver.

With my first pregnancy, I was throwing up so much I had to go the ER twice to get hydrated. They prescribed my Zofran - only thing that really worked. Its the same anti nausea pill they give to Cancer patiens for their nausea from Chemo. Also, they sell "Prego Pops" in almost any maternity store. Sucking on those took away that constant gagging feeling that I had all day at work. I know it sucks....but its all worth it in the end!

Lemons worked for me for the most part, I would stick a slice in a bottle of water and sip on that all day, my doc also gave me vomifene tabs, which I had with my prev preg, I've only taken them twice this time around and I feel great. I recently found out that I am allergic to zofran so pls ensure u know what ur allergies r, if any, before taking anti nausea meds. All the best to u, just know that its all gonna end soon! Hang in there.

I tried everything too. My doctor was going to prescribe medication but I'm weird about pills. The weirdest thing worked for me. I was getting a hair cut and the lady had mints (lifesaver mints) well I was feeling icky and took one hoping it would distract me. Holy crap it worked. I still had to watch what I ate but that would work for the times it wasn't food related.

Sea bands, ginger-ale with REAL ginger in it, ginger losenges/candy, vitamin B6, small frequent bland meals, lots of water....time...and more time! G'luck!
