I am only 12 weeks, and I have picked a girls name (Ava) as in Ava Gardener or Eva peron depending on how I decide to spell it, but anyway I kind hope its not a boy because I just hate every boys name I see lol, I have Daniel and Ben and every other name is taken, its so hard.

I deff know where you're coming from. We picked out a boy and a girl name we both liked immediately which is a miracle but I feel like I still want to look at other names. he won't even consider any other name I like and it's very frustrating. We like Wyatt Everett (or Everett Charles after my dad and granddad). And charolette Marie for a girl. I'm just worried we picked too soon and I really want to look around more.

I feel you! When I was pregnant before with my son my husband and I would argue over names, I would like something and he would always say no. Now with this pregnancy, before we found out its gender I had a list of boy names and girl names. He really liked all of the girl names but none of the boy names. It must just be a tough macho guy thing. Once we found out this one is a boy, I knew it would be a nightmare picking a name. I spent a lot of time researching names (I work at a school and there are a lot of names I don't want to name my son) and presented my husband with 5 or 6 names. He said no to all of them so I told him that he needed to contribute some names then. Do you think he could? Nope! Then the next day while sitting outside on the deck as a family, my daughter asked what the list of names were. I told her and she said she liked one in particular, then my son said he liked that name too. My husband was pretty much overruled by us 3 so now there isn't a choice. Good luck!
