FRUIT! It's about the only thing that tastes good to me. I make myself a bunch of fruit cups that last me through the day. Sometimes I mix in a little vanilla yogurt.

I also ate lots of fruit when I was feeling sick. Specially apples and watermelon. Saltine crackers, frozen waffles, and plain bagels or toast also helped. I hope you get to feeling better soon :)

Sometimes snacking is the best way to go. Small meals help with keeping from getting too full, which can make you uncomfortable or nauseous.
I eat a lot of fruit, crackers, nutrigrain bars, cereal, etc. etc. And out of curiosity, what was on this sandwich? Was there deli meat? If so, was it cooked? As preggies, we aren't supposed to eat deli meats that haven't been cooked. Not raining on your parade or anything, just being a concerned preggo!
