I literally just asked my doctor about the lump in my breast, it developed literally over night, and it turns out I have a swollen gland. She said a light compress on there 1-2 times a day till it goes away should do the trick. I'm only 24 weeks though and so that could make a difference in our cases. If your really worried deff go in! Better safe than sorry.

I had a large one right after delivery under my right arm in the breast tissue. I really freaked out since my mom had breast cancer at 27 which I was 28 at the time.... My doctor reassured me that it was nothing just tissue engorgement and milk production and that it would go down and disappear by six weeks. It was never all that painful like mastitis but just a little uncomfortable to palpation. He was right, it was gone by six weeks post partum. Let them know as a heads up but I wouldn't worry too much right now, your body is going through so many changes!!

I think it just be a clogged milk duct. It happened to me alot with my first daughter. Warm a clothe and lay over the lump. After about 10 minutes, try massaging the lump, basically your gonna want to have a towel under your breast to catch the milk because thats what your doing. You unclogging it. Hope this helps good luck.
