Don't know if you are here in the states but in Texas we have store called "Once Upon A Child" which is a resell shop. All of their stuff is GREAT and extremely cheap. You can get a designer outfit for like $1.00 to $3.00. All good quality. I will be shopping there ALOT. I agree that you should check out some resale shops around town and if you find something research the quality online before buying. Good luck!!

Very helpful for me then bc i was so young and may need there assistance this time around for a p&p bc money is tight and can not afford a crib right now. They are there to help :) msg me if ud like and i can try to help locate it for u in ur area :)

getting a car seat from someone you know would be a good option. that way you know it hasnt been in any accidents leaving it unreliable. i would also suggest making your own baby food when the time comes, saves alot of money.

Like previous poster said, they are some of the best places. Again we dont know if your for or against, but maybe talk to people you know with young children and see if they have anything they are willing to give to you.

We are lookingAnn Craigslist. I love all the options! We got a crib from Craigslist, it was still listed on the Walmart website, used only a year! The only thing I'm being picky about being new is the carseat because they do have an expiration date on them.

Not sure if you are for or against this, but like you said you are looking for cheap but practical. How about looking on craiglist, ebay, or even second hand stores. You can find some pretty good things at these locations
