Q: Burning ovaries

I am 5 weeks 3 days preggers and for the past 6 days have been having a weird burning sensation in my ovaries. have felt the ligament pain and this feels different. I feels like my ovaries have been replaced with hot coals. ouch. Called my doc and he decided possible ectopic but was just too early to fully make the call especially where the pain occurs same time in both ovaries not just one side. so, i have an ultrasound appointment first thing friday morning to check it out, but a little nervouse until then.
Any of you feel this???
