Yes! Swimming is the best exercise I've been getting, next to yoga. It also helps release the pressure on your back and legs :)

I'm 27 weeks along & it's helped dramatically compared to my 1st pregnancy (high blood pressure) the doc says "keep it up!"

I have heard and read that swimming is one of the best forms of exercise for a woman. It lightens the weight on your joints and just makes moving easier. I say go for it.

yes I do, I am 17 weeks, its the best form of keeping fit for pregnant women, specially in the later stages, helps with back ache and such.
