Q: AFI anyone had this done?

I have to go in for a AFI (amniotic fluid index. I have to have it done once a week. Just wondering if anyone has had this done and what to expect.

Hi. is this just an ultrasound measuring your amniotic fluid levels?
If so I have head is several time, it's not a big deal. they just just do an ultrasound for 30 minutes and tell you if you have enough.
Mine was low once and then went back to normal.
