I can't really answer from experience...I've seen them in stores and pushed it around just for fun. I would think this stroller is very metro. Meaning it would move easily in malls but not so much elsewhere. Personally if you plan to be outside, in grass, gravel, hoping curbs etc the bigger the wheels the better. Nothing worse than having to plow the stroller through some gravel because the wheels stopped rolling!
As well if you plan to be out of different terrain keep in mind the potential for tipping as this stroller clearly has a high center of gravity when the seat is in higher positions.
Again, I have no real experience with that stroller...but have hated other strollers with small wheels...this was why I ran out and bought one with large rubber wheels, but I don't spend much time in malls so this was best for me.

I would love to have that stroller, it seems awesome, unfortunately I feel like I'd have to trade my car in for it, because of its ridiculous price.
