Q: how do i change how many weeks iam ?

i went into my dr for my first ultrasound and the dr could not see much so he is thinking iam not as far as i thought i was he is thinking more like 5 weeks because he saw a tiny sac and everthing around is moving around insude ajusting my dr says its how many weeks ami from wheni first ovulated not from my last cycle. that how he calulated how far along i am.
