Thank you ladies so much for sharing your experiences and advises. I would say, I feel a little bit better than a week of two weeks ago, so hopefully the change is coming, even though very slowly. I will wait till my next doctor's appointment which is next week and if I don't feel things changing for the better, I will ask for some medicine.
I wish all of us to feel not better, but great, and soon, so we can start fully enjoying our pregnancies. :-)

Hi, I'm almost 14weeks, started to feel better around 10weeks but the weeks before that were the worst of my life!! I was tired all the time, slept most of the time, I also did not put any weight in my first trimester..it gets better tho, u just need to hang in there, maybe see ur doc for nausea meds, I took mine twice only! I am able to cook now, but certain smells still get to me esp oil and onions. Now I have the dreaded heartburn! Tryng to stay positive...It worth it in the end!!!

I am 10 weeks and 4 days and I feel the exact same way. My doc just gave me a stronger dose of zofran and now I can finally eat and have some energy without getting sick all day long. I didnt take it yeasterday and the sickness started all over again.. I was sooo miserable until last friday and yesterday.. See if your doctor will prescribe you zofran to help with the nasuea. Good luck!!

I am almost 16 weeks and still feel horrid. My first trimester was hell. I ended up on diclectin and towards the end of the last trimester it actually stopped working for me. I lost about ten pounds from being so sick. I could barely eat and I am already underweight for my height(happened naturally have never watched what I eat or my weight). I can kinda eat now. I still have foods like bread make me very sick. I can barely move in the evenings from the nausea but it is actually better then 4 weeks ago. I'm on leave now as well. Trying my best to not go back to work because I have bad anxiety there which makes the nausea worse. I hope you start to feel better soon.
