Q: HCG Levels and U/S

I found out last Wednesday that I am pregnant, I called the doctor that day because I was unsure how far a long I am because my period had been off for a few months do to a cyst. They had me come in Thursday for a HCG test below is the resutls

10/20 403
10/24 1220
10/26 1637

The doctor was happy the numbers are going up but was worried because they aren't doubling so today I went for an U/S and it showed a gestational sac. I am going back on Tuesday for another ultrasound.

I am looking for anyone thoughts on this, does this sounds like maybe we might lose the baby?
Any help or input would be great!!

It is so hard to determine that based off of numbers. Once your levels are above 1500 they do tend to take longer to rise. Try not to worry and do some research on HCG, you will see that there is such a broad range of normal and healthy! It's great that they see a sac already with your levels under 2000!

The first set of numbers look good but the second not so much. I would say that it could go either way. I would just try and stay calm until your next u/s. Easier said than done!
