I googled that u shud try drinking fluids between meals, so eat and wait an hour or so before drining anything, iv tried and it works.another thing is to avaoid tomotoes, cabbage, beans as they make it worse. C what works for u and pls share.good luck

I was getting ready to type the same thing lol. I drank a lot of water but still stayed bloated. There are no tricks, you'll either stay bloated for a while or not bloat at all...I didnt get bloated with my 1st 2 pregnancies but I did with this one.

Drink LOTS of water!! It actually helps flush everything out. I've been in the same boat!!
