My boss is also pregnant and (also quite rich) and she bought about 30 of these tests. She gave me two to try and each test gave me a different result. The first time it said I was having a boy and second time it said I was having a girl. I'm pretty sure my baby isn't changing genders, so I'm going to venture a guess that they're totally made just for fun.

I wouldnt waste your money, honestly. My friend and I were both pregnant at the same time and bought the kit. Mine was right and hers was wrong. Its a 50/50. And you ll be 30$ out. Seriously.
