Totally normal. You're carrying more weight and it's shifting, so there's going to be some discomfort naturally. Your cramping is also normal, assuming it's not excessive. It's a sign that your uterus is expanding to accommodate. A good way to ease both those pains is to take a nice bath. Also, you may want to invest in a pregnancy/nursing pillow. I have one and it's my best friend, without it I wouldn't be able to sleep comfortably. If you're still worried that the cramping may be excessive or you want a professional opinion on how to take care of the pain and discomfort, go ahead and see your doctor. It never hurts to get their recommendations. :) Be well! <3
