Q: Heartbeat, but small sac

I have been going for weekly ultrasounds for 3 weeks now, the first week we saw only a sac, last tuesday we saw the heartbeat and the baby was .26cm, which made me 5w6d , today we went again for another ultrasound and the baby had more them tripled in size now .89cm which was on target for 6w6d but this time the doctor noticed the sac was small, to me it looks like the fetus was actually almost the same size as the sac.

Has something like this happen to anyone? What are my chances that everything will be ok?

I go back again next week for another ultrasound, but just looking for some advise.
