Q: Can colds make morning sickness go away?

I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant. I've been having morning sickness--really bad nausea, no vomiting, with lack of appetite--for about a week or so. I just got a cold and today I have had no morning sickness at all. I still have sore boobs and constipation but I am worried that my morning sickness has gone away because I am going to miscarry. I've had two early miscarriages before but they were so early, I never have even experienced morning sickness before so I thought it has been going well so far.
Please let me know if anyone has experienced sickness and lost symptoms! I know morning sickness can come and go so I am trying not to worry but it's hard.

I don't know if there is really a connection or if this is just a coincidence, but when I was about 11 weeks pregnant, I got a stomach bug (which, of course, increased nausea, vomiting, etc). When it went away, I found my morning sickness symptoms had gone too! At the time I thought it was just because I was nearing the end of my first trimester, but maybe there is something else to it.
