When I was 5-8 weeks, I went through the same thing. I could never get full!. I am now 17 weeks and I eat like I did before pregnancy. It will pass!

I'm going through it too! My girlfriend giggled when I vented about it this morning and basically told me to get use to it for a while. She told me to keep snacks that were more filling and such than just an apple. She said add some peanut butter along with the apple just to make it slightly heavier and and stick with me a little more. I've been mainly eating lots of veggies and fruits but waking in the the middle of the night in pain from hunger is crazy. Today I've tried her tips and they've helped. good luck!

I had the exact same problem, waking up to really terrible hunger pains and just wanting to eat everything when I felt it. It just felt like I wanted to double over, it was so bad! That was between 10wks and 15wks, and it stopped just as suddenly as it started. But I agree with Ally, as long as you're eating healthy things and not going through 5 pints of ice cream every time you feel it, you'll be just fine.

I sympathise with you as i went through exactly the same, although i starting waking at 2 and 3am with horrible hunger pangs and nothing seemed to satisfy me, However once i got to 14-15weeks i completely lost my appetite and only regained it towards 19 weeks. As long as your eating healthy don't worry x
