Q: Last night I had really bad cramping and back pain.

I just got out of the hospital from the flu, while in there we had our first u/s and a heartbeat of 122 dr said everything looked great (we had one previous mc in January) last night I started having really bad cramps about 1 inch below my belly button and bad back pain. I have not gone to the bathroom since Friday morning. Is this normal

You may be more constipated than usual if you have had the flu due to dehydration. Your doctor might be able to give you something that is safe during pregnancy to get your going again. In the mean time try to drink a lot of water and other fluids and eat some fiber.

No not normal. You should be going at least once a day. I would call your dr. They can tell you what is safe to do to get you going again.
