Q: Tuna

Just had some canned tuna! It wasnt much and It's a craving I gave into really! Haven't had any since I got pregnant..I am now about 20 weeks. I kinda feel nervous about it.. Heard its ok in limitation but I'm still worried ..can anyone set my mind at ease ..has anyone had tuna during their pregnancy and turned out ok?

- Tuna is good for the baby, it helps develop the brain. But i do know ur post to limit it to like a can aweek. Everything's ganna be fine( :

I think it's ok to eat. My doctor's literature he gave me said that you're not supposed to have pre-prepared meat salads (like tuna or chicken, etc) like they prepare in stores or that stores sell pre-made.

You can have up to 4 140g tins a week or 2 tuna steaks a week you dont have to cut it out completely :) xx

i ATE tUNA THREW OUT AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. I LOVE TUNA

Tuna is fine. You can have like, a can a week or something. People eat and do much worse to themselves while pregnant. you're fine, i'm sure.
