I had the same thing happen as I was approaching my 6th week. It was brown with no cramping and the ultra sound showed where it was, and then a week later it did not show up on the ultra sound. They called it implanation bleeding and it will eventually need to come out if your body does not absorb it. As long as it is brown with no cramping, they told me that everything was okay. Your hcg is good, so concentrate on that, I know it is hard, I was paralyzed with fear last week, but I am better now after having the ultra sound.

Try not to worry, it is more than likely you're body adjusting to changes. But if it enough to alarm you then contact your midwife or doctor. Just put your feet up and relax and give your body time to get into the the swing of things x
