I had that with my DD, and it disappeared shortly after her birth.

I have the hairy tummy too. I made the mistake of shaving it though and it came back so fast. I'm worried that I've just made things worse and that it'll just get worse and not fall out after baby is here.

And I thought it was just me..! Mine is no way like my hubby's but just hairy all over. No way am I waxing, shaving it; it's pregnancy. I also heard that it falls out after birth so why bother going through that hassle, unless you're getting your belly out- (might feel like getting your hairy legs out and there's no way one would do that.) I still shave/ wax all other areas but my tummy I've left, it's only occured during pregnancy so assuming it'll only last throughout pregnancy. Old wives tale says that if you've got a hairy tummy you're likely to be having a boy too. And I am :)

I used a small amount of hair removal cream on mine at 20 weeks... it stayed gone until about 30 weeks... starting to come back now a little... i'll leave it until 35 weeks and do it again. Make sure you get one for sensitive skin.

My baby is kicking and punching me as I type... so i'm fairly certain it's safe... ;-)

My tummy is hairy now too at 27 weeks. I have been told and read in many books it will fall out after birth. I thought about waxing, but will just wait to see what happens after birth :)

It is pretty normal I guess. I've got one single black hair near my belly botton :) lol
If you shave it, there is a chance that you will get more hair and that it will stay after your pregnancy. Just let it be as it is now and I am sure that it will fell of after your pregnancy :)
