Q: 12 1/2 week gender Reading

I went to my 12 week ultrasound for genetic testing yesterday and they told me that I was having a boy. Isn't it too early to tell at this point? I thought you really couldn't see anything until week 15 at the earliest?

They can guess, but that's all it is-a guess. They told me at 13 weeks 5 days both babies are boys, so I'm hoping one of them s just a swollen girl. Lol I just saw a bunch of stories on my birth board that said the tech told them one gender and a few weeks later it was different.
