Q: Genetic testing?

I had the first trimester triple test (NT scan, PAPP-A and hCG) at 12 weeks. My risk of both downs syndrome and trimsomy 18/21 were 1/10,000. I am going back at 18w5d for a quad screen and anatomy ultrasound. Has anyone had experience with a negative first trimester screen, followed by a positive second trimester screen? I am getting nervous as the date approaches, just like I was the first time.

In that case, I wouldn't even get the testing done. I got the blood work done but thats as far as I took it. Those tests are notorious for false positives and un needed stress. (just my 2 cents)
