Q: So Hungry!!!! Need help

I am only 10 weeks pregnant but for the last 4 weeks I felt like I am starving all the time, it causes me to feel sick I am so hungry and I can only bear to eat a little bit since eating makes me want to gag. But I feel like I am eating ALLL the time and I am still losing weight... any advice? I would love to feel fuller for longer.

same issue, what I found helped was lots and lots of fruit ! Since my nausea made me turn away from almost everything besides oranges and apples, fruit was my main friend. protin shakes can help as well with feeling full and keeping in your tummy if you have problems keeping solids down.

i remember feeling like that ! Well, i wasnt actually losing weight, but wasnt gaining anything at all during the first trimester.. I was surviving on toast and cheese and i drank alot of water to stay hydrated since i vomited alot..dont worry it will get better..try eating very little..its ok if its all day long.. Trust me u'll feel better soon :)

I agree with Metal Yuri. The keys are protein and zofran. I used peanut butter and apples a lot. :) Hope you feel better soon!

Protein helped me. Chicken, Turkey lunchmeat, definitely pretzels, yogurt, and potato bread. Gotta keep eating, also ask for nausea meds? Zofran = lifesaver

I felt like this in the first few weeks and I had to seriously just have healthy snacks on hand all the time..If I didnt it would make me feel sick.

I had the same issue! Choose high fiber foods and drink lots of water. Eating water rich foods such as watermelon and cucumbers really help too!
