Q: 145- 130

I had my gender u/s on the 29th and found it was a girl and her heart rate was 145. Well i went to the doc on 12/6 for my monthly appt and it was 130. Is that still ok? the doc said shes doing good and test are coming back great. Im wondering maybe she was just sleeping and active and thats why it was slow

I agree..nothing to worry about. I will get one rate on the u/s and then another rate/usually slower on the doppler the very same hour.

Babies heartrates slow down starting in the second trimester as long as between 120-160 all good. And have to remember that if they are using just the doppler it's not as accurate a count as the u/s cause dr's are counting it themselves. We had quite a few u/s at first and all between upper 150's to 170's then with doppler we have had 132 and 120's but on u/s at our 20 wk u/s it was 153. Hope this helps! Congratulations on your little girl=)
