This also happened to me. Lost all my symptoms - ALL OF THEM - at mid 7 week mark. They were gone for over a week. I was totally panicking and finally went to the doctor and got an ultrasound. The baby was doing well. Try not to worry, but if you can't stop worrying - see your doctor for some peace of mind. XOXOXO Good luck.

Don't worry Hun, the same thing happened to me at 6 weeks, when you have high levels of hcg the test goes lighter, symptoms will come and go, and get new ones, try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy :)

There is a phenomenon on pregnancy tests called the Hooke effect where really high hcg levels cause a faint line instead of continuing to darken. Also, symptoms can come and go in pregnancy. So, all hope is not lost, but I would call your doctor and see.if they can get you an ultrasound today to put your mind at ease.
