Thanks ladies. I will try the Vicks thing. I've used a netti pot before but it doesn't do me any good. Hopefully Vicks will help. I tried building a mountain of pillows to sleep on, that helps a bit.

I have really bad hay fever. I'm also taking zyrtec in conjunction with the netti pot twice a day. At night I use humidifier and vaporizer. Still a bit sniffy here and there but not as miserable as I was anymore. Oh and I vicks it up a lot too, yup even with the vaporizer running. Wash my hair daily and vacuum my whole house and furnitures twice a week. Hope that helps.

Im having the same problem, have suffered with sinus problems for years but now im pregnant theres nothing I can take and had a headache for 5 days :( is there anything that you have found out is safe to use? Thanks :)

My doctor gave me a list of nasal sprays that were baby safe, I stick to saline spray and claritin but can't hurt to ask your doctor for a list of some maybe that added will help! Best of Luck! My allergies are terrible in the fall only but I feel for you!
