I use both for my baby (4 months old, 15 pounds) I love to use the stroller with the car seat attached when we are out for long walks because he gets quite heavy in the wrap after a while, but for quick shopping trips or just a cranky day inside, i stick him in the wrap and he loves it. its also handy when u have more then 1 child and need free hands. With my other son (now 2 years old) he was a very cranky baby and i couldnt put him down for a second, so he practically lived in the wrap. I would suggest getting both if you can afford it, they are both very useful for different thing
