Q: 5-6 weeks. Spotting

I wonder if any one had healthy pregnancies eventhough you had being spotting. I've spotting twice the last 2 weeks. Exactly one week apart. Some advice out there? I'm worried...

hi mandib!
We went to my appointment yesterday. Unfortunatly the doctor didn't see anything in the ultrasound. He ran my blood tests to check on my progesterone and Hcg. The results came out that I'm less than 6 weeks (maybe 4 or 5), that the egg is still to little to be seen. The thing is they gave me ovulation meds due to PCOS and "probably" the ovule was released later...

I'll have my levels check next week, hopefully they rise!

Have something like this has happend to you?

Take care!

Thank you mandib17! I more confindent and calm now. I already called my doctor said "There is nothing to be concerned about, sometimes is normal" Well, he gave me progesterone to keep the baby, and aspirin due to my clinical history. My appointment is next tuesday, he doesn't want me to se me before, we espect to see/hear the heartbeat. xcrossingfingersx !

I hope everything keeps going well with you and your baby!

I understand how scary this is. I am 7.3 weeks and had the same thing happen a couple weeks ago. Everthing is fine right now and my baby is growing well and has a great heart rate. I actually saw some more brown stuff one time today and it has been clear for days. They told me that as long as it is brown with no cramping then that is a good sign. I would call in to your doc. and ask about an ultra sound. They did an ultra sound a couple times on me and everything was fine and it did help to ease my mind. If you are only spotting one time or one wipe that sounds reassuring to me based on the reassurance the docs have given me the past couple weeks. Also, when you read about the developement at 6 weeks, most websites mention the spotting thing during this time. Make an appt. soon to help ease your mind. xo
