Q: Did anyone have problems after having triplets?

I am two weeks postpartum after having triplets at 35 weeks 5 days pregnant and I was wondering if anyone else who may have had triplets experienced a lot of headaches and fatigue still after having triplets I don't know if it's normal but it keeps happening.
