Q: BOY!!!!!!!!!!! So they say=)

Had an elective ultrasound at 16 weeks, the tech says 99.9% positive its a boy! SO EXCITED! please look at my picture on my page..what do you think it is?

Sorry :( This doesn't look like the boy/girls sonos I'm used to seeing that are really obvious. How do you know what's what in this photo?
