Q: is it a sign of early pregnancy ??

feeling a Pressure on the bladder and vaginal dryness , as I felt last 2 days tingling in the lower abdomen in the area of ovarian almost as I am tired of any work i do my breasts are normal my period will be after 6 days .

Countdowntopregnancy.com has a lot of answers for questions like this. Without a positive test, early symptoms are very similar to getting your period. It's too early though for the uterus to be pushing on the bladder. You may be ovulating late.
