Q: Back pain please help!

Hi I am 14 weeks pregant and have already got bad back pain!!
Any advice on what to do? Don't know how I'm going to make it to 40 weeks!!

I'm 11 weeks and having the same. A hot water bottle is a godsend and if you have a maternity pillow, having that in the arch of your back seems to help!
