I had this same issue while I was pregnant. I also have an ulcer and at one point I was throwing up blood. Most likely you have a tear in your esophagus from all the vomiting and that is where the blood is coming from. It will heal on its own when you stop vomiting. I'm pretty sure you're throwing up because there is too much acid in your stomach(that's what it felt like to me anyway, I always felt better after throwing up the acidic stuff in my stomach). Eating would help with this. As long as you avoid foods that trigger heartburn. Try eating bland things. Throwing up blood is never good and I recommend going to the ER or at least calling your DR. You want to make sure it isn't something more serious than a tear. They can prescribe meds for the heartburn and nausea that work wonders and are safe for the baby.

hey i feel your pain i also get stomach issues to the point i can't eat a single thing without it feeling like my insides are being ripped apart. definitely go to the doctor asap you at least need medication to cease the acid your stomach can't heal with the acid constantly being there irritating it i have pretty much lived off cold milk shakes and bland soups and soft veggies my whole pregnancy plus being prescribed acid reducing medication and my stomach is still irritated. good luck and go see the doc asap i know how horrible u must be feeling:(
