Q: 3D Scans

Does anyone know where to get 3D scans done... like do they have them at most doctors offices now or do you have to go to a special place that does them?

Our doctors office doesn't have one but our specialist does. He does do them until 28 weeks though because they are hit and miss with the pictures.

Some dr's offices do offer them but it just depends on the dr. We are having one done in Feb but at a specialty place. Our regular dr doesn't offer it. I'd say ask your dr about it and check out your local yellow pages to see if anyone offers it.

My doctor doesn't have an ultrasound machine at all so he sends all the women to the hospital behind his office for ultrasound but they don't have 3D & because I had issues with my placenta being low they sent me to a specialist...it was a women's center & they had 3D. They do advertise in papers & online that you can have a scan done for $100 & sometimes less. Sorry, that's about all I know.
