Q: abdomen pains......

I am 10 weeks 3 days and for the past few days I have been having sharp kind of crampy pains in my lower abdomen. I don't remember having stuff like this with my other pregnancies and was wondering if I need to see a doctor or not.

If your not spotting or bleeding I wouldn't worry too much, your uterus is probably just stretching and growing faster especially since this isn't your first pregnancy.
