It can take about 10 days from conception (the sex that got you pregnant) before your going to register pregnant plus however long it took you to test. On top of that, unless you were tracking you wouldn't know when you ovulated so you could have gotten pregnant at anytime between the last 10 days and your last period. Everyone's a little different but ovulation is usually smack dab in the middle of a 28 cycle-give or take a few days- so right in between periods. Accurate enough if your trying to figure out how far along you are but it's not going to tell you exactly which day you got pregnant.

I mean....technically yes but the pregnancy wouldn't be from the sex you had the night before...

If you having sex regularly during your cycle then it's possible to get pregnant at any time. If your asking if you can get pregnant and have a positive pregnancy test the day after 1 time of sex for that cycle then no it's not possible
