Q: Back pain and Menstrual like Cramping

I am 23 weeks and am experiencing horrible back pain and pms like cramps. When I walked my daughter to school today, I felt my back ache and I think I pulled a muscle somehow on the left part of my stomach. I started to get the pms cramps as I was walking. They are still present. I also have this pinching sensation in my vagina. Not comfortable.

Has this or is this happening to any of you ladies?

I'm having the exact same thing but having some pressure down there too iv been wondering what it is too, iv had it walking around the super market, doing house work and walking to the school, It feels a bit like Braxton hicks, seems to be when walking around and I have to sit for a bit x
