Q: Pains in my uterus?

I'm 7 weeks today and I've been having these dull aches in my uterus that are quite strange. They don't really feel like cramps and they are kind of all over the place.

Also, when I cough or move suddenly it feels like my uterus is tearing or stretching. One cough in the middle of the night was pretty painful. when should I be concerned?

I get the pain from coughing and sneezing all the time. It's ligament pain and comes on when you suddenly jerk or move quickly, even standing up too quickly will do it for me. I've found that abdominal exercises have helped me strengthen that area up a little so it doesn't happen as frequently. I'm not sure about your dull aches, it's probably just your uterus growing and as long as it doesn't feel like cramping you should be fine. I'd mention it to your doctor though, just to be on the safe side.
